You see the sweet, loving child underneath these behaviors, yet watch helplessly as aggression steals opportunities for friendship, learning, and joy. In public, the weight of others' judgmental stares feels unbearable. At home, you worry about siblings getting hurt or becoming fearful. Each morning brings both determination and uncertainty. You question every response to your child's aggression, wondering if you're helping or making things worse. The stress ripples through your whole family - affecting sleep, relationships, and daily routines.

But here's the TRUTH: You're not alone in this! Many parents are walking this same path right now.

Aggressive behavior in children is more common than most people realize. Modern pressures - from family stress and academic demands to social media, screen time addiction, and global uncertainty - have created a perfect storm affecting our children's ability to regulate emotions.

The old approaches aren't working.

Parents reporting their child having serious emotional or behavioral difficulties.

Along the way you've tried:

  • Timeouts and consequences to teach better behavior

  • Counting to three and giving warnings

  • Removing privileges when aggression occurs

  • Rewarding good behavior with sticker charts

  • Avoiding triggers and walking on eggshells

  • Reasoning with your child during meltdowns

  • Talking about better choices after incidents

All because you deeply care about

helping your child succeed.

Their outbursts are signals - not for punishment, but for a different kind of support. There's hope and there's help! You're doing your best, and with the right guidance and tools,

you can help your child find their way back to peace and connection.

What if you could help your child feel safe and understood, free from the overwhelming urge to lash?

  • Imagine starting each day with peaceful moments together, instead of walking on eggshells waiting for the next outburst.

  • Imagine seeing them work through challenges with new skills, using strategies you've practiced together to stay regulated when things get hard.

  • Imagine your child feeling understood and capable - free to be their loving self without aggressive behaviors blocking their path to connection.

If there's one thing I'm passionate about, it's helping families through aggression.

I was that mom - the one whose son's aggressive behaviors left me feeling isolated and judged. Every day felt like walking through a minefield. The phone could ring at any moment with another call from school. Simple trips to the grocery store could end in complete meltdowns. Playdates often ended in tears - and not just my son's.

I questioned everything about my parenting. Am I being too soft? Too strict? Should I punish more? Less? Why can't I control this? What am I doing wrong? What are other parents thinking? Will my boy ever get through this? I started declining social invitations, making excuses to avoid family gatherings, and living in constant fear of the next outburst.

In my desperate search for answers, I tried every traditional parenting approach - timeouts, reward charts, consequences, bribes. Nothing worked long-term, and each failed attempt left both my son and me feeling more disconnected and discouraged.

What changed everything was discovering that aggression wasn't the real problem - it was a signal. A cry for help. My son's behaviors were telling me something important, and once I learned to listen differently, everything shifted.

Since then, I’ve spent two decades helping parents just like you move beyond trying to manage behaviors to truly understanding and connecting with your child. Listen in and we’ll turn things around for your family!

Parenting has been one of the most rewarding and challenging journeys of my life—a path that’s been both a mirror and a map to my true self.

When I became a mother, I dreamed of joyful, effortless days with my child. Instead, I found myself stuck in a cycle of power struggles and guilt. My toddler’s strong will clashed with my own unresolved patterns, and nothing I tried—timeouts, bribes, rewards—worked. The tension between us was heartbreaking, and I didn’t know how to fix it.

The turning point came when I realized the problem wasn’t my child—it was how I was approaching his behavior. His outbursts weren’t something to fix; they were a call for connection. My own reactions were echoes of patterns I could rewrite. That realization changed everything.

As I learned about Peaceful Parenting, I discovered tools that didn’t just manage behaviors but strengthened the bond I craved with my child. Little by little, our relationship transformed.

Today, I help other parents make these same changes. You don’t have to be perfect—you just have to show up with love, one step at a time. Together, we can create the connection you dream of.
